Private label means the product goes out under your brand: design, fabric, patterns and labels are yours to control, the manufacturing is ours. Source İstanbul works with brands on exactly this basis — the name on the garment is not ours, it is yours.
What is the difference between private label and white label? With white label you put your label on an existing product that may also be sold to others. With private label the product is developed specifically for you — fabric, pattern and details are chosen for your brand, and it is not produced for anyone else in that form.
How private label works
The process starts with your product idea. A reference garment, a moodboard or a tech pack — we work from whatever you have. We put fabric options in front of you, cut the patterns and produce the sample.
Once you approve the sample, bulk production begins. The garment ships with your brand label, your care instructions and your packaging. When your customer opens the box, the only brand they see is yours.

What makes a garment feel like yours is largely the labelling and the packaging. We handle that side too.
Protecting your design
This is the question we get asked most in private label: "Will my design be produced for someone else?" The answer is a clear no. Patterns and designs developed for you are not produced for another customer, and not published as a reference, without your written consent. That commitment is also written into our Terms and Conditions.

Product categories we cover
We produce across knitted and woven categories. If your product is not on this list, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether it fits our capacity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will your name appear on the product?
No. In private label production only your brand appears on the garment — woven label, inside-neck print, hang tag and packaging are entirely yours.
Could my design be produced for another customer?
No. Designs and patterns developed for you are not produced for another customer and are not published as a reference without your written consent. We are also happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement.
Do you produce the labels?
Yes, we can arrange woven brand labels, care labels and hang tags. If you prefer to supply them from your own vendor, that is fine too.
Do I choose the fabric myself?
The choice is yours, but you are not left alone with it. We put suitable options in front of you with their weights, matched to how the garment will be used and to your target price, so you decide with the facts.
