These terms govern the use of the sourceistanbul.com website and set out the general framework of a commercial relationship with Source İstanbul Textile. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. Scope

This site is operated by Source İstanbul Textile. Address and contact details appear at the end of this page.

These terms apply to use of the website. Where a separately signed contract or a written order confirmation exists for a specific order, that document prevails in the event of a conflict.

2. Nature of the site content

The service descriptions, process explanations and location pages on this site are provided for information. They do not constitute a binding offer.

We take care to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail on the site is complete and up to date at all times.

3. Quotation and order process

A request sent through the site or by email is a request for information and does not by itself form a contract.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations we issue are valid for the period named in the quotation. Because raw material prices and exchange rates move, quotations that expire are reissued.

A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing.

4. Sampling and production approval

Bulk production starts after the customer approves the sample. The approved sample is the reference for the goods to be produced.

Colour and dimensional tolerances customary in the textile industry may occur in fabric, printing and sewing. Slight shade variation between production lots is normal in textiles and does not in itself constitute a defect.

If the customer requests changes to design, fabric or measurements after sample approval, lead time and price are reassessed.

5. Intellectual property

You confirm that you hold the rights to use the designs, logos, patterns and brand assets you send us for production purposes. Liability arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property rests with the customer.

Customer designs remain the property of the customer. We do not produce those designs for another customer, and do not publish them as a reference, without the customer's written consent.

The text, images and page design of this site belong to Source İstanbul Textile and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Price, payment and delivery

Prices apply in the currency and on the terms stated in the quotation. The quotation states clearly which party bears tax, freight and customs costs.

The lead time begins once the order is confirmed and any advance payment has been completed. Delays caused by the customer (late approval, late supply of materials, revision requests) are added to the lead time.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events of force majeure.

7. Complaints and notice of defects

Goods received should be checked for quantity and visible defects within a reasonable period after delivery. Visible defects must be reported in writing without undue delay after they are found.

A notice should include photographs of the goods and the order number. Where a notice is justified, the parties agree on replacement, rectification or a price reduction.

Where the purchase is made as a consumer, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from your relationships with third parties.

Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, is excluded from this limitation and remains unaffected.

We do not warrant that the site will operate uninterrupted and error-free; temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the site are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.

The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Where a transaction is made as a consumer, the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remains unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The published current version applies; the date at the end of the page shows the last change. Orders already in progress remain subject to the terms in force on the order date.
